- For Three Cliffs Bay, yes — it is popular enough that next season's bookings open on a single announced date. Inland sites in Eryri are easier at short notice outside school holidays.
- Are campfires allowed in Wales?
- At Graig Wen, yes, in the designated spots. Most other sites prohibit open fires entirely, so check before you pack anything.
- Is Eryri or the Gower better for a first trip?
- The Gower for coast and easier walking, Eryri for mountains and darker skies. Both are within a couple of hours of each other.
